Questions about your membership? Email support and we'll reply within one business day.

Questions about a specific game, play or prize? Send us the date and the game and we'll look it up. Each game publishes its own prizes and cutoffs on the game itself.

We will never ask you for a payment to release a prize. If anyone claiming to be Wheel Of Cash does, it is not us — tell support.
